Privacy Policy

Osaka Night Tours is a set of static pages. There is no account to create, no newsletter to join and no form that stores anything, and this page says exactly what does happen.

What we collect: nothing

We set no first-party cookies, run no analytics, and operate no login, comment system or mailing list. Nothing you do on these pages is recorded by us. If you email us, we have your email because you sent it; we use it to reply and nothing else.

Our host

Like every website, ours is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser string. Those are ordinary operational records kept for security and troubleshooting, and we do not connect them to anything else.

Third parties, and when they are involved

• Viator and GetYourGuide. When you click a booking link you leave this site and arrive on theirs, and their privacy policy applies from that moment. The link carries a partner code so the operator knows the booking came from here. If you never click, they are never contacted.
• Google Maps. The map on this site does not load until you press the button. Until then, nothing is requested from Google and no cookie is set. That is a deliberate choice: an embed that loads on arrival contacts a third party before you have agreed to anything.
• Search engine verification. Static verification files for Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools sit in the site root. They are inert text files and do not track anyone.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about visitors, there is nothing for us to show you, correct or delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence removed, ask and we will delete it.

Changes to this page

If this site ever adds something that does collect data, this page changes first and says so plainly. Questions go to our contact page, and the disclosure explains how the site is funded.
